The staff are great and polite, but without no sound proofing in the room, even the smallest sound can be quite annoying. So we can't really enjoy our time at the common room provided because other occupants kept protesting. Another important note. My Colleagues got bitten by mosquitos during our stay there at TUJU and got dengue fever. Please make sure to fog the place so it's not repeated. Doctor already confirm that it's Indonesia's strain and the only time they got bitten was during their stay there at TUJU.

The hotel is okay. You cant expect too much with the rates. The staff was polite and helpful. There was no lift, so you better req on the 1st floor. No phone, no refrigerator, no kettle inside your room. So if you need anything, you have to go down to the reception. But the location is good. You can find convenient store and many restaurant around.
